Amrita Nursery celebrated Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan on the same day that is on 12th August 2022. To show the significance of both these festivals in a great way students came dressed in tricolour attires. Students also brought tricolour food items which they enjoyed during lunch break with their peers. Different craft activities were organised according to the theme. Students also sang rhymes and danced on the song according to the celebration. To celebrate the special bond between brothers and sisters, teachers assisted the tiny little sisters to tie the knot of affection on the wrists of their brothers. Brothers gifted their sisters with pencils.
Teachers explained the significance of both these festivals by showing videos and narrating stories. The day was full of fun and knowledge. Students enjoyed the celebration thoroughly and went home with fun filled memories.
