  • Incorporating yoga into our daily routine can help us develop important life skills such as self-awareness, self-discipline, and empathy. These skills are essential for personal growth and success in all areas of life. And today students successfully completed the 999 Challenge with the pledge to practice Surya Namaskar and Ma-Om meditation daily to bring a positive impact in our lives and create a healthy, happy and contented society. The session concluded by awarding the students with participation certificates.
