Yoga combines bodily processes with breathing techniques, meditation, and mental exercises in order to bring a sense of calm and composure in life. When it comes to the importance of Yoga in a student’s life, it helps them perform to the best of their potential while maintaining a balanced state of being and peace of mind. Taking this into account our students performed 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar for 9 minutes followed by Ma-Om meditation for world peace.
