Independence Day was celebrated in Amrita Vidyalayam with much pomp and galore. The commemoration of the 73rd year of Independence saw the hoisting of the Tiranga by our Honorable Principal, Bri.Umaji. The festive fervor was lit across the students, parents and the entire staff of Amrita Vidyalayam. The very talented choir group sang patriotic songs instilling a feeling of nationalism and patriotism among the crowd. The gathering was addressed by Principal Madam and few teachers joined in to share their views regarding the most important day of the Indian subcontinent. The speeches were delivered in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Sanskrit. The celebration concluded with singing of the National Anthem by everyone.
